IDOT Letting: In the Mid-America Milling Company, LLC and Bagshaw Trucking Inc. v. USDOT case, a federal judge has extended an injunction preventing USDOT and FHWA from using race and gender considerations in certain IDOT contracts. As a result, IDOT has removed DBE goals from affected projects, impacting $200 million in construction contracts and $11 million in DBE spending.
