FWC is the place for women in the construction industry to meet, network, build relationships and gain greater industry knowledge and business skills, all designed to grow and strengthen their companies.

A Message from our President

Welcome to the Federation of Women Contractors! If you are new to our organization you will find us to be a dynamic group of women contractors who work tirelessly to promote opportunities for our members; and if you are already familiar with FWC, then you know this to be true.

We are committed to our membership, working closely with them to source job opportunities, collaborating with government officials on innovative programs and serving on important oversight committees to monitor initiatives and programs. FWC continues to be regarded as an important advocate for women’s business ownership and small business ownership by providing a strong and respected voice on local, state and national legislative issues.

Whether you are a woman-owned contractor, engineer or architect looking for supportive services or networking opportunities, or a prime contractor searching for qualified and available W/M/DBEs, we hope you find this site to be an easy and resourceful tool.

Kendra Dinkins, President
Federation of Women Contractors
