SCOPE OF WORK:
• Multilevel expansion of Terminal 5 along the curbside of the upper-level roadway
• New pedestrian bridge connecting the headhouse to the parking garage over terminal roadways

ADDITIONAL PROJECT DETAILS:
• +50,000 square feet of new building space, including a pedestrian bridge and mezzanine floor
• Installation of new passenger elevators and escalators to enhance accessibility
• Designed to improve passenger experience by expanding circulation space and streamlining flow between Terminal 5 and the new parking garage

TIMING
• Anticipated construction start: Q4 2025
• Anticipated completion: Q2 2028
• Procurement: 75% drawing set expected to be issued for bid on 6/18
