We've had a change to our February Member Meeting and Carina Sanchez, Executive Director of the Public Building Commission is rescheduled to speak at our May 17th Member Meeting.

We are very fortunate to have joining us for our February 15th meeting, Pamyla Fountain-Brown and Bard Carter of Turner Construction Company.  Pamyla and Bard will be on hand to let attendees know about the newly announced Woodlawn Residential Commons at the University of Chicago.

This new facility will house approximately 1,200 undergraduate students and resident staff, along with amenities, including lounges, study rooms and outdoor spaces. The facility will have 11 Houses - residential communities of students that foster close academic and social networks throughout a student's time at the College.  Construction is set to begin this summer and continue through 2020.

Representatives from Kiewit will also make a presentation on the CTA RPM project.
